中文版儿童肾脏病照顾者负担量表的信度及效度研究

Study on reliability and validity of Chinese version of Paediatric Renal Caregiver Burden Scale

[目的]引进儿童肾脏病照顾者负担量表(PR-CBS),为全面评价儿童肾脏病照顾者负担提供测评工具。[方法]严格遵循跨文化调试指南对源量表进行翻译、回译及文化调适,选取304例儿童肾脏病的照顾者进行问卷调查,采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计分析,检验量表的信度及效度。[结果]中文版PR-CBS的Cronbach’sα系数为0.962,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.779～0.906;重测信度为0.862;结构效度良好,因子分析共提取6个公因子,能解释总方差的60.631%;量表水平的内容效度为0.870。[结论]中文版PR-CBS信效度良好,适用于我国文化背景下的儿童肾脏病照顾者负担评估。

Objective:To introduce the Paediatric Renal Caregiver Burden Scale(PR CBS)and to provide a measurement tool for the comprehensive evaluation of children with kidney disease burden of caregivers,and test their reliability and validity.Methods:The translation and cultural adjustment of the original scale was strictly followed by a cross cultural debug guide.A total of 304 caregivers of children’s kidney disease were selected and investigated.Statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS18.0 software and to test the reliability and validity of scale.Results:The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient Chinese version of PR CBS was 0.962,the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of each dimension was 0.779 0.906;the test retest reliability was 0.870.The validity of the structure was good,a total of 6 common factors were extracted from the factor analysis,and it could explain 60.631%of the total variance.The content validity of the scale was 0.870.Conclusions:The Chinese version of PR CBS had good reliability and validity.It was suitable for the burden assessment of children’s kidney disease caregivers under Chinese cultural background.
