女性压力性尿失禁病人疾病认知及生命质量情况调查

Survey of disease cognition and quality of life in female stress urinary incontinence patients

[目的]调查女性压力性尿失禁病人疾病认知以及生命质量情况,了解其对尿失禁相关知识的认知度,探究其生命质量及影响因素。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,用压力性尿失禁认知问卷和尿失禁生命质量量表(I-QOL)对某三级甲等医院经医生确诊患有压力性尿失禁的202例女性进行调查。[结果]多元回归分析显示,病人的年龄、生活区域、分娩方式、饮水量、婚姻对其认知水平有显著影响(P<0.05);病人的初/复诊、饮水量、流产次数、工作情况、体重指数、年龄对其生命质量有显著影响(P<0.05);病人的认知水平与生命质量呈正相关性(r=0.275,P<0.01)。[结论]女性压力性尿失禁病人对疾病的预防、发病原因以及护理等知识较缺乏。认知度偏低影响病人的自我管理,也进一步对其生活质量产生影响。

Objective:To investigate the disease cognition and quality of life in female stress urinary incontinence patients,so as to understand the knowledge of incontinence related knowledge and to probe into the quality of life and the influencing factors.Methods:Using convenience sampling methods,A total of 202 female patients with stress urinary incontinence diagnosed via doctors in a third grade A hospital were interviewed through stressful urinary incontinence cognitive questionnaire and urinary incontinence quality of life scale(I QOL).Results:Multiple regression showed that the patients’age,living area,mode of delivery,water intake,and marriage had significant influence on their cognitive level(P<0.05).The patients’initial/re diagnosis,water intake,abortion times,work condition,body mass index and age had significant influence on the quality of life(P<0.05).The cognitive level of patients was positively correlated with the quality of life(r=0.275,P<0.01).Conclusion:Female patients with stress urinary incontinence were lack of knowledge of prevention,causes and nursing.Low cognition affected patient’s self management,and further influenced their quality of life.
