新疆临床护士死亡态度对其临终照护态度的影响研究

Influence of death attitude on hospice care attitude of clinical nurses in Xinjiang

[目的]了解新疆临床护士死亡态度与临终照护态度现状,探讨两者之间的关系。[方法]采用死亡态度量表(DAP-R)、临终照护态度量表(FATCOD)对新疆3所三级甲等医院临床护士656人进行问卷调查。[结果]临终照护态度总分为97.47分±8.46分,不同年龄、学历、宗教信仰、工作年限、职称、对护理工作的态度、科室护士对临终照护态度得分比较差异有统计学意义;临终照护态度与死亡逃避、死亡恐惧、逃离接受及趋近接受的死亡态度维度呈负相关,与自然接受维度呈正相关;多元逐步回归分析显示,学历、科室、对待护理工作的态度、自然接受、死亡恐惧、趋近接受会影响临终照护态度(P<0.01)。[结论]临床护士临终照护态度不高,死亡态度是影响临床护士临终照护态度的因素。

Objective:To understand the status quo of death attitude and hospice care attitude of clinical nurses in Xinjiang,then to probe into the relationship between them.Methods:The death attitude scale(DAP R)and frommelt attitudes toward care of the dying scale(FATCOD)were used to survey 656 clinical nurses from 3 grade A hospitals in Xinjiang.Results:The total score of hospice care attitude was(97.47±8.46).There were statistically significant differences in age,hospice care attitude was negatively correlated with death avoidance,fear of death,escape attitude toward acceptance and approach towards death,and positively correlated with natural acceptance dimension.Multiple regression analysis showed that education,departments,attitude to nursing work,natural acceptance,fear of death,and approaching acceptance could affect hospice care attitude(P<0.01).Conclusion:The hospice care attitude of clinical nurses was not well,and death attitude was the main influence factors affecting the hospice care attitude of clinical nurses.
