Application progress on tracking methodology in clinical nursing quality

追踪方法学是一种追因管理方法,是质量管理中常用的方法,本研究基于对追踪方法学理论及在护理质量应用的研究成果,综述了追踪方法学的相关概论及在临床护理质量中的应用效果,以期为护理管理者更好地借鉴使用该方法改进临床护理质量。

Tracing methodology was a method of management in pursuit of cause,which was a common method in quality management.Based on the theory of tracing methodology and the results of the application of nursing quality,we summarized the related introduction of tracing methodology and its application effect in the quality of clinical nursing,so as to better use this method for nursing management to improve the quality of clinical nursing.
