摘要
近年来受秋雨影响,导致陕西省核桃的空瘪率增高,严重影响了核桃的商品化品质,制约了核桃产业的健康可持续发展。为此,设计开发了5X-150型核桃分选机。阐述了分选机的结构特点、工作原理、主要技术参数的确定和试验,进行效果分析,为空瘪核桃机械化分选设计提供理论及技术支撑。
In recent years,influenced by the autumn rainfall,the emptying rate of walnut increased in Shaanxi Province,which seriously affected the commercialization quality of walnut and restricted the healthy and sustainable development of walnut industry.To this end,did the design and development of the 5X-150 walnut sorting machine,this paper describes the structural characteristics of sub-machine,the working principle and test results and analysis of the results.It is a technical support for the mechanization of empty walnuts by mechanization.
