临床药师参与抗菌药物会诊价值分析

Analysis of the value of clinical pharmacists participating in the consultation of antibacterial drugs

目的探讨临床药师参与抗菌药物会诊的价值。方法 240例住院接受抗菌治疗患者,采用便利抽样法分为干预组和常规组,各120例。干预组为临床药师参与会诊,提供必要的用药建议;常规组为临床药师未参与会诊,临床医生根据临床经验用药。观察比较两组的抗菌药物使用情况。结果干预组不合理用药率为2.50%(3/120),低于常规组的9.17%(11/120),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者药物利用指数(DUI)、满意度评分均高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗有效率为82.50%,高于常规组的65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师参与抗菌药物会诊可减少不合理用药事件,提高抗菌药物用药的疗效、安全性和医疗质量,临床价值显著。

Objective To discuss the value of clinical pharmacists participating in the consultation of antibacterial drugs.Methods A total of 240 hospitalized patients undergoing antibacterial therapy were divided by convenient sampling method into intervention group and conventional group,with 120 cases in each group.The intervention group received consultation with clinical pharmacists participation and provided the necessary suggestions for medication,the conventional group received no consultation with clinical pharmacists participation and the medication according to clinical experience.The use of antibiotics in the two groups was observed and compared.Results The intervention group had lower irrational drug use rate as 2.50%(3/120)than 9.17%(11/120)in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention group had higher drug utilization index(DUI)and satisfaction score than conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intervention group had higher treatment effective rate as 82.50%than 65.00%in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in antimicrobial drug consultation can reduce irrational drug use events,and improve the efficacy,safety and medical quality of antibiotics.It has significant clinical value.
