This paper takes“clinic pharmacist in the consultation of difficult cases in the hospital”as the breakthrough point of clinical pharmacy service,combining with clinical case data,to explore the methods and experience of carrying out comprehensive clinical pharmacy service work.It is expected to provide reference for clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical practice and help clinical pharmacists to improve clinical work in continuous exploration.
