评价优质护理对小儿静脉输液一次性穿刺成功率及家长满意度的影响

Evaluation of the effect of high quality nursing on the success rate of disposable punctureand the satisfaction of parents in pediatric intravenous infusion

目的临床中小儿静脉输液中应用优质护理干预,分析其对家长满意度、一次性穿刺成功率的影响。方法 235例静脉输液患儿,随机分为观察组(118例)与对照组(117例)。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予优质护理。分析比较两组一次性穿刺成功率及家长满意度。结果护理后,观察组患儿的一次性穿刺成功率98.31%、依从率94.92%均优于对照组的89.74%、85.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组家长满意度88.89%低于观察组的99.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中,将优质护理干预应用于小儿静脉输液中,对改善家长满意度、提高小儿静脉一次性穿刺成功率具有积极作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of high quality nursing on the success rate of disposable puncture and the satisfaction of parents in pediatric intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 235 children with intravenous infusion were randomly divided into observation group(118 cases)and control group(117 cases).The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing.Analysis and comparison were made on success rate of disposable puncture and satisfaction of parents between the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group had better success rate of disposable puncture as 98.31%and compliance rate as 94.92%than 89.74%and 85.47%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group had lower satisfaction of parents as 88.89%than 99.15%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,application of high quality nursing in pediatric intravenous infusion shows active effect in improving satisfaction of parents and success rate of disposable puncture,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
