经腹超声检查对结肠癌根治术后复发转移的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography in recurrent metastasis after radical operation of colon cancer

目的分析经腹超声检查对结肠癌根治术后复发转移的诊断价值。方法选取2015年10月~2016年8月在我院诊断治疗的疑似结肠癌根治术后复发转移患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组50例。对照组患者实施CT检查,观察组患者实施经腹超声检查,将两组患者的各项指标(检出率、敏感度和特异性)进行比较。结果观察组患者检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的敏感度(95.56%)、特异性(80.00%)高于对照组(77.78%、60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对结肠癌根治术后复发转移患者实施经腹超声检查,能显著提高检出率、敏感度和特异性,值得在结肠癌根治术后复发转移患者中进一步推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasonography in recurrent metastasis after radical operation of colon cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of colon cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.CT examination was performed in the control group and transabdominal ultrasound examination was performed in the observation group.The detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of patients in the observation group were 95.56%and 80.00%,which were higher than those in the control group(77.78%and 60.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal ultrasonography can significantly improve the detection rate,sensitivity and specificity in the patients with recurrent metastasis after radical resection of colon cancer,which is worthy of further promotion and application in the patients with recurrent metastasis after radical operation of colon cancer.
