克罗米芬配合中药复方促排卵汤治疗无排卵性不孕症的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Clomiphene combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound Ovulation Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility

目的探讨克罗米芬配合中药复方促排卵汤治疗无排卵性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月~2017年6月我院收治的92例无排卵性不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组患者采用克罗米芬进行治疗,观察组患者采用克罗米芬配合中药复方促排卵汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、妊娠率及排卵率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为93.48%,高于对照组(69.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度是(12.12±1.31)mm,大于对照组的(7.46±1.21)mm,成熟卵泡数量是(1.81±0.47)个,多于对照组的(1.63±0.37)个,排卵率(89.13%)和妊娠率(50.00%)均高于对照组(60.87%,28.26%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用克罗米芬配合中药复方促排卵汤的方式治疗无排卵性不孕症,临床疗效突出,可以有效提高妊娠率和排卵率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Clomiphene combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound Ovulation Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with anovulatory infertility treated in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2017 were selected as subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group were only treated with Clomiphene,while the observation group were treated with Clomiphene combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound Ovulation Decoction.Then the clinical effect,pregnancy rate and ovulation rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(93.48%)was higher than that in the control group(69.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the observation group was(12.12±1.31)mm,which was greater than that in the control group of(7.46±1.21)mm,the number of mature follicle in the observation group was(1.81±0.47),which was more than that in the control group of(1.63±0.37),the ovulation rate(89.13%)and pregnancy rate(50.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(60.87%,60.87%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Clomiphene combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound Ovulation Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility which clinical effect is prominent,and can effectively improve the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate,thus it is worthy extensive clinical promotion.
