子午流注开穴贴敷与内服中药辨证治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture sticking and oral administration of Chinese herbs in pattern identification in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨子午流注开穴贴敷与内服中药辨证治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月我院收治的150例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各75例。对照组采用西药治疗的方式,观察组根据中医证型分为四个证型,并根据证型类型采用内服汤药结合外用子午流注开穴贴敷的方法治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗前两组患者的WOMAC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、3、6个月,观察组的WOMAC评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的CRP、IL-6比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后1、3、6个月观察组的CRP、IL-6均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子午流注开穴贴敷与内服中药辨证治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果理想,有利于改善患者的WOMAC评分,降低炎性因子水平,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture sticking and oral administration of Chinese herbs in pattern identification in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,150 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine treatment.The observation group was divided into four syndromes according to TCM syndrome type,and treated with oral decoction combined with topical Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture according to the method of syndrome types.Results The WOMAC score of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the WOMAC scores in the observation group were significantly lower those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment in CRP and IL-6(P>0.05).CRP and IL-6 in the observation group after treatment of 1,3,6 months were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of acupoint application on ideal Ziwuliuzhu and oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is conducive to the improvement of WOMAC score of patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical application.
