五常管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果

Application effect of 5S management in clinical nursing management

目的使病区管理标准化,护士工作效率提高,保证护理质量安全。方法选择2016年1月~2017年2月我院100名护士作为研究对象,根据护理管理干预方法的不同,平均分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组给予常规管理措施,研究组给予五常管理干预。对比两组管理实施前后的五常质控检查分数和工友的消毒液配制浓度掌握情况。结果两组护士管理干预实施前的质控情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理干预实施后,两组的质控评分均提高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组工友管理干预实施前的消毒液配制浓度掌握情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理干预实施后,研究组工友消毒液配制浓度掌握率为92.00%,大大提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施五常法能保证护理质量安全。

Objective To standardize the management of wards,improve the efficiency of nurses,and ensure the quality and safety of nursing.Methods From January 2016 to February 2017,100 nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the research group according to different nursing management intervention methods,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management measures,and the research group was given 5S management intervention.The five constant quality control examination score and the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of the workers were compared before and after the two groups of management.Results There was no significant difference in the quality control between the two groups before the implementation of the management intervention(P>0.05).After the implementation of the management intervention,the two groups of quality control scores were improved,and the research group was higher than that in the control group,there was significant difference in the quality control between the two groups after the implementation of the management intervention(P<0.05).The difference of the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of the two groups of workers before the implementation of the management intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the implementation of the management intervention,the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of workers in the research group(92.00%)was which was greatly improved,the difference of the grasping state for the thimerosal compound concentration of the works between the two groups after the implementation of the management intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of 5S can guarantee the quality and safety of nursing.
