阶段变化护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量的影响分析

Influence analysis of stage change nursing intervention on quality of life of chronic renal failure hemodialysis patient

目的分析阶段变化护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年9月在我院诊断治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭患者76例,采用双盲随机法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组38例,两组患者均采取血液透析方案进行治疗,对照组施行常规护理方案,观察组则联用阶段变化护理方案,持续治疗90 d,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组干预前的SF-36生活质量各维度评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后90 d的SF-36生活质量各维度评分均显著高于干预前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预前焦虑及抑郁评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后焦虑及抑郁评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段变化护理干预能够显著提升慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量,同时改善其负面心理状态,保证治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of stage change nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure hemodialysis.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic renal failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind randomized method,38 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated by hemodialysis,while patients in the control group were treated by routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were treated with stage change nursing intervention,continuously for 90 d.The nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results The observation group before the intervention SF-36 the dimensions of quality of life scores with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After 90 days of intervention,the scores of SF-36 quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group before the intervention of anxiety and depression scores were comared with the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The observation group after the intervention of anxiety and depression scores were significance lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage change nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure and improve their negative mental state,so as to ensure the treatment effect.
