Factor analysis and countermeasures on the branch hospitals held by large public hospitals

公立医院举办分院,可促进优质医疗资源在区域之间的均衡发展,有利于分级诊疗的落实。当前,各地公立医院举办分院的投入方式、管理模式等存在较大差异,导致医疗布局不合理、功能错位等情况。本文采用"5W1H"分析法,探讨我国大型公立医院举办分院的目的、内容、形式等要素问题,并结合具体的调研实践,提出规范公立医院举办分院的政策建议。

The opening of branch hospitals held by public hospitals can promote the balanced development of high quality medical resources among regions,and help to implement the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy.At present,there are great differences in the investment methods and management modes of holding branch hospitals,which lead to unreasonable distribution of medical resources,dislocation of medical function,and so on.This paper employed the"5W1H"analytical method to discuss the essential factors including the purpose,content and form in terms of holding the branch hospitals in our country,with the combination of concrete investigation practice,we proposed the political suggestions for standardizing the branch hospital holding by public hospitals.
