Improving medical services in tertiary-grade hospitals: results and discussion of the second round evaluation

对我国三级医院2016-2017年"进一步改善医疗服务行动计划"落实情况进行评估。结果显示:样本医院"行动计划"总体进展良好,医疗质量安全相关维度得分较低,三年逐步落实项目和新增项还需努力,构建和谐医患关系需综合施策,评估应突出中医医院特色等。

This paper evaluated the implementation of the"action plan for further improvement of medical services in the tertiary-grade hospitals"from 2016 to 2017 in China.The results showed that the overall progress of the action plan in the sample hospitals was good,however,the scores of the medical quality and safety related dimensions were fairly low.It is necessary to work harder to carry out the project and new items step by step in three years.Comprehensive measures shall be taken to construct a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals shall be emphasized in the evaluation.
