成都市基层医疗卫生机构服务能力现状研究——基于基本医疗服务提供视角

A study on the present situation of the service ability of the primary health care facilities in Chengdu——from the perspective of basic medical services

为了解成都市基层医疗卫生机构服务能力现状,开展了抽样调查。结果显示:成都市基层医疗卫生机构基本医疗服务的提供能力存在较大不足,应加大财政支持与监管力度,加强基层医疗卫生机构临床科室建设,进一步开展常见病诊疗、基本检查以及家庭诊疗项目等服务。

In order to understand the present situation of the service ability of the primary health care facilities in Chengdu,a sample survey was carried out.The results showed that an insufficiency in terms of the service ability of the primary health care facilities in Chengdu.It is suggested to strengthen financial support and supervision,intensify the construction of clinical departments in primary health care facilities,and further develop services such as diagnosis and treatment of common diseases,basic examinations and family diagnosis and treatment projects.
