农村地区家庭医生签约服务现状及对策研究

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of family doctors' contract service in rural areas

为了解农村地区家庭医生签约服务的现状、分析存在的问题,对四川省雅安市6个乡镇的相关人员进行了访谈,结果显示,当前家庭医生签约服务存在基层卫生机构服务能力不足、签约服务包设计不科学、考核激励机制缺失、设备及基本药物配备不足、信息化建设滞后等困难。为此,要提升基层服务能力,明确签约服务内涵,建立考核激励机制,提升家庭医生工作积极性,配备完善医疗设备,扩大基层用药范围,建设区域信息共享平台和县域医疗共同体,推动家庭医生签约服务的开展。

In order to understand the current situation of family doctors'contract service in rural areas and analyze the existing problems,related people in 6 towns in Ya'an City of Sichuan Province have been interviewed.The results showed that there are some difficulties in the contract service of family doctors,such as insufficient service capacity of primary health institutions,unscientific design of contract service packages,lack of examination and incentive mechanism,inadequate equipment and essential drugs,and lagging information construction.It is necessary to enhance the capacity of primary medical institutes,clarify the connotation of contracted services,establish an examination and incentive mechanism,promote the enthusiasm of family doctors,equip and improve medical equipment,expand the scope of drug use at primary medical institute,build regional information sharing platforms and county medical communities and promote the development of family doctor contract service.
