高血压、糖尿病患者健康状况和卫生服务利用研究

Study on health status and utilization of health services in patients with hypertension and diabetes

利用2016年居民卫生服务利用行为监测中高血压、糖尿病患者的调查资料,对其健康状况和卫生服务利用情况进行分析。结果显示:在高血压、糖尿病、高血压合并糖尿病三组患者中,高血压合并糖尿病的患病率高于其他两组,糖尿病患者生命质量低于其他两组、去基层医疗机构就诊的比例最低。对此,应加强对老年人尤其是城市老年人的健康教育;注重改善慢性病患者,尤其是糖尿病患者的健康生命质量;加强基层医疗机构对慢性病患者的管理,提高基层卫生服务的利用率。

Using the data of patients with hypertension and diabetes in the behavior monitoring of health service utilization among residents in 2016,their health status and utilization of health services were analyzed.The results showed that among three groups of patients,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and diabetes,the last group had a higher morbidity rate than the other two groups,the quality of life of the diabetes group was lower than that of the other two groups,and the proportion of visiting primary medical facilities was the lowest.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen health education for the elderly,especially the elderly in urban areas,pay attention to improve the quality of life of people with chronic diseases,especially those with diabetes,and strengthen the management of patients with chronic diseases in primary medical facilities,and improve the utilization rate of primary health services.
