风险管理视角下公立医院绩效管理策略研究

Research on performance management strategy of public hospitals from the perspective of risk management

用风险管理的理念和方法对公立医院绩效管理体系和实施策略进行分析,论述了公立医院绩效管理风险的概念、原因和特点,讨论了公立医院绩效风险管理的流程及风险点,并通过实证,认为公立医院绩效管理风险防控能够保障医院绩效管理目标的实现,提高医院运行效率、增强医院公益属性,促进医院管理模式的日益成熟。

This paper analyzed the performance management system and implementation strategy of public hospitals from the concept and method of risk management,elaborated the concept,causes and characteristics of the risk of performance management in public hospitals,and discussed the process and risk points of performance risk management in public hospitals.Through an empirical study,the paper pointed out that the risk prevention and control of performance management in public hospitals could guarantee the realization of the objectives of hospital performance management,thereby improving the efficiency of hospital operation,enhancing the public attributes of hospitals and promoting the hospital management model to be increasingly mature.
