能力本位下配送作业与管理课程教学改革探究

On Teaching Reform of Distribution Operation and Management under Ability Standard

对高职院校物流管理专业开设的配送作业与管理课程的教学改革进行了初探.结合课程特点,以能力为本位,工作岗位为导向,在技能大赛的引领下,设计了该课程的实训项目体系,改变"重理论、轻实践"的传统教学,建立多样化的课程考核体系,实现"教、学、训、赛"一体化的教学.实践表明,上述教学改革具有良好的教学效果.

This paper discusses the teaching reform of Distribution Operation and Management from Logistics Management Major in higher vocational colleges.Combining the characteristics of the curriculum,with ability as the standard and job orientation as the guidance,under the guidance of skill competitions,the training project system is designed to change the traditional teaching of more theories and less practice,to establish a diversified assessment system,and to realize the integration of teaching,learning,training and competition.Practice shows this reform has very good teaching effect.
