摘要 某超超临界汽轮机温热态启动过程中出现异常振动,对轴封温度与胀差变化之间的特殊关系进行了推算论证,确认轴封温度不匹配是造成胀差偏大进而导致振动异常的根本原因,提出了具体的预防控制措施,可为机组启动的风险控制提供参考。 Through the analysis and treatment of the abnormal vibration during a ultra-supercritical steam turbine start-up process,it makes an deduction and calculation of the special relationship between the temperature of the shaft seal and the variation of expansion difference.And it is confirmed that mismatching of temperature of the shaft seal is fundamental reason to large expansion difference.It puts forwards accurate prevention measures and can provide reference for the risk control of units’start-up.
