液氧甲烷发动机重复使用关键技术发展研究 被引量:18

摘要 重复使用运载器对动力系统的安全性、可靠性、使用成本等方面提出很高要求。液氧甲烷发动机重复使用性好、使用维护方便、性能高,综合性能良好,是重复使用运载器推进系统的理想选择之一。分析了液氧甲烷发动机的技术特点与优势,介绍了中国为重复使用飞行器研制的60吨级低成本、高可靠液氧甲烷发动机关键技术研究情况。通过试验研究,验证了液氧甲烷火箭动力具有良好的性能、高可靠性与多次重复使用能力。 The major propulsion system objective of reusable launch vehicle(RLV)are significant improvements in vehicle safety,reliability,and operational costs.LOX/methane engine is an optimum choice of reusable launch vehicles because of relatively low cost,high performance,as well as lifetime and related potential of reusability.The advantage characteristic of LOX/methane engine is analyzed.A 60-ton LOX/methane reusable engine has been developed as a low cost and high reliability booster for Chinese future reusable launch vehicles.A number of experiments at subscale level or sub-systems are conducted to study and evaluate LOX/methane gas-liquid and liquid-liquid injection combustion performance,combustion instability and methane cooling characteristics,thermo-mechanical behavior,and etc,and the moderate erformance,high reliability and reusability of LOX/methane engine are well demonstrated.
