摘要
某地面发射系统防护塔顶部的水平防护门必须在火箭起飞后极短地时间内在保证不碰撞箭体的前提下完全关闭,以达到对其内部液氢加泄连接器、管路、电子设备等进行防护的目的,避免燃气流直接冲击带来巨大损失及危险。经计算分析,最终采用了水平及竖直方向各2种气缸的冗余方案。完成了总计超过1300次试验验证,压力2.4MPa,防护门关闭时间小于1.2s。
To protect the hydrogen connectors,pipes,etc from directly impacting of gas flow which probably caused huge losses and risk,the horizontal protective door of liquid hydrogen tower must completely be closed within a very short time after rocket takeoff,under condition of non impact to rocket.Through the simulation analysis,the redundancy scheme with 2 cylinders both in horizontal and vertical direction is applied.Through more than 1300 tests,using the pressure of 2.4MPa,the closing time of the protective door is less than 1.2s.
