摘要
当前全国层面展开的田园综合体建设带来了规划设计领域的新挑战,同时也为当前乡村旅游区转型发展提供了方向。文章通过总结田园综合体的概念和建设目标,以梧州市思良江乡村旅游区规划为例,详细介绍了田园综合体目标导向下乡村旅游区的规划方法,即以搭建"农业+"的现代农业产业体系为目标,坚持以农业为本;以构建复合的休闲旅游功能体系为目标,坚持旅游驱动;以营造可持续发展的田园社区为目标,坚持生态塑形;重在抓好生产体系、产业体系、生态体系和服务体系等支撑体系的建设,构建了农业发展动力强劲、旅游服务功能完善、环境宜居宜业的田园综合体,以期为类似地区田园综合体的规划建设提供参考。
The construction of rural complex is a new topic of China’s planning and design and a new path of rural tourist areas reform,too.The paper summarizes the concept and construction target of rural complex,introduces the planning measure by LiangsijiangSiliangjiang practice:set up a modern agriculture industrial system of“agriculture+”,set up a function compound system of leisure tourism,build the sustainable rural communities,improve the construction of production system,industrial system,ecological system,and service system,construct a rural complex which has powerful development,well tourist service,and well environment for living and business.
