阜蒙县农业综合开发水利建设项目质量管理研究

Research on the Quality Management of Water Conservancy Construction Project in Comprehensive Agricultural Development in Fumeng County

农业综合开发水利建设质量的好坏决定工程项目的成败。以阜蒙县为例,从分析论证、设计深度、技术力量、施工能力、管理水平、政府监督等视角,分析当前农业综合开发水利建设项目实施过程中存在的质量问题,提出加强质量意识、严格执行建设程序、健全管理制度和质量保证体系等解决措施。

The quality of water conservancy construction in comprehensive agricultural development determines the success or failure of the project.With Mongolia county as an example,from the aspects such as analytic demonstration,design depth,technical strength,construction capicity,management level and the government supervision,this paper analyzed the current quality problems existing in the implementation process in agricultural comprehensive development water conservancy construction project,and put forward the solutions including strengthening the quality consciousness,strict enforcement of construction procedures,improving a sound management system and quality guarantee system.
