东海河环城东路至昌垦路段河道治理工程防洪方案分析

Analysis on Flood Prevention Scheme of Riverway Regulation Project from Donghai River Ring East Road to Changken Road Section

东海河环城东路至昌垦路段河道经多年洪水冲刷,河岸侵蚀严重,河道迂迴弯曲,水流不畅,严重阻碍河道行洪,制约着当地居民的正常生产生活和经济发展。介绍工程概况、存在主要问题和气象水文条件等,提出两种防洪方案并进行分析对比,从而得出推荐方案。

Riverway from Donghai river ring east road to Changken road section scoured by flood for many years,river bank erosion is serious,river alternate bending,poor flow,a serious impediment to flood discharge in river courses,which restricts the normal production and life and economic development of the local residents.This paper introduces the engineering situation,the main existing problems and the meteorological and hydrological conditions,and puts forward two kinds of flood control schemes and carrying out analysis and comparison,so as to get the recommendation scheme.
