摘要
对高效液相色谱法测定复混肥料中缩二脲含量进行不确定度评价,分析测量不确定度的来源,建立数学模型,并计算各分量引入的不确定度,合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,确定引入测量不确定度的主要来源,以便在检测工作中对其加以控制。
Evaluation was conducted on the uncertainty of biuret content in compound fertilizer using HPLC measurement.The sources of that uncertainty were analyzed and mathematical model was established to calculate the uncertainty of each component to form standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty.Major sources for the introduction of measurement uncertainty were identified so as to control them in the inspection work.
