摘要
山药是我国传统保健食品之一。通过正交试验确定山药多糖水提法的最佳工艺条件,并通过Sevage法去除蛋白质对山药多糖进行分离与纯化,以期为更好地利用山药、开发新型功能型保健食品提供理论与技术支持。
Yam is one of the traditional health food in China.The optimal technological conditon of Chinese yam polysaccharide extraction was determined by orthogonal test,and through Sevage method protein was removed and Chinsed yam polysaccharide was separated and purified,in order to provide theoretical and technical support for better using of Chinese yam and developing new functional health food.
