摘要
火麻中含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸及蛋白质,是一种高生态性且具有特殊作用的经济作物,开发利用前景广阔。对火麻的发展历史、营养成分、火麻仁及其制品研究现状与发展方向进行综述,以期为火麻的高附加值开发利用提供参考。
Fire hemp is rich in unsaturated fatty acid and protein,is a high ecological and special economic crop,development and utilization of broad prospects.The development history,nutrition composition,the research status and development direction of fire hemp are reviewed in order to provide reference for the high value added development and utilization of fire hemp.
