辽阳市通过大力培育新型经营主体,推动土地规模化经营,开展农业机械化高效作业,推动全市农业向规模化产业化方向发展。介绍辽阳市新型农业经营主体发展现状,分析培育新型经营主体推动土地规模化和农业机械化发展的经验,从加大宣传力度、制定扶持政策、推动土地流转、培育新型经营主体等视角,提出以培育新型经营主体推动土地规模化和农业机械化发展的对策。

Liaoyang city promoted the development of the city's agriculture to scale industrialization by strongly cultivating new business entities,promoting the land management,carrying out agricultural mechanization efficient operation.This paper introduced the development status of new agricultural business entities in Liaoyang city,analyzed the experience of cultivating new business entity to promote land scale and agricultural mechanization,and put forward countermeasure for cultivating new business entity to promote the land scale and the agricultural mechanization development form the aspects such as intensifying publicity efforts,formulating supportive policies,promoting land transfer,and cultivating new business entities.
