摘要
强化专业型硕士研究生创新能力培养,对于提升国家科研创新和科技成果转化能力具有重要作用。针对农科专业型硕士研究生培养特点及培养中存在的问题,提出高校、双导师与学生三方共同努力的措施,旨在培养提升研究生创新能力,为社会培养优秀的农业创新性人才。
It is of great importance to strengthen the cultivation of the innovation ability of professional master students for improving the national scientific research innovation and the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements.For agricultural vocational postgraduate cultivation characteristics and the existing problems,this paper puts forward the measures of the joint efforts of universities,double tutors and students,developing innovation ability of graduate students and fostering agricultural innovative talents for the society.
