摘要
盘锦市引进沃扬1GKNM-250型双轴旋耕机并对其技术指标和经济指标进行综合试验测试。结果表明:该机在稻茬高35cm以下、秸秆切碎且均匀抛洒、土壤含水量45%以下时可实现高效作业,整地深度达18cm以上,秸秆均匀掩埋且分布在全耕层范围内;土壤含水量75%以上时可实现带水作业,旋耕深度和秸秆掩埋能达到机插秧要求;春季干旱少雨情况下作业效果较为明显。
1GKNM-250 type biaxial rotary cultivator was introduced in Panjin city,and the technical index and economic indicators were tested by combined experiment.The results show that the machine can achieve efficient operation when the rice stubble is under 35cm,the straw is chopped up and the soil moisture content is 45%below.When the ground depth is over 18cm,the straw is evenly buried and distributed in the whole field;when soil moisture content is more than 75%,it can be carried out with water.The rotary tillage depth and straw burying can meet the requirement of transplanting rice seedlings;under condition of drought and less rain in spring,the effect is more obvious.
