摘要
通过改变试验条件,建立UPLC对饮料中7种人工合成着色剂的分离分析方法,为快速识别和检测合成着色剂提供技术依据。试验结果表明:7种合成着色剂在2.0~50 mg/L浓度范围内的线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.5 mg/kg(柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄)和0.2 mg/kg(亮蓝、赤藓红),回收率为91.7%~104.1%,相对标准偏差为0.1%~3.0%。
UPLC method for the separationof 7 synthetic pigments in drink was built by changing the experimental condition,which provided technical base for fast recognizing and detecting the synthetic colorants.The experimental results showed that:The UPLC method exhibited excellent linearity over a range of 2.0~50 mg/L.The detection limit was 0.5 mg/kg(tartrazine,new red,ponceau,sunlet yellow)and 0.2 mg/kg(brilliant blue,pyrosine),recovery rate was 91.7%-104.1%,and relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.1%-3.0%.
