According to the construction of agricultural machinery talent training institutions in Liaoning province,this paper analyzed the favorable conditions and restricting factors for the development of agricultural mechanization talents training,summarized the main problems existing in the talent training,and put forward the targeted development suggestions,in order to provide reference for promoting the development of the talent training institution and system in Liaoning province.
