Factor Analysis of Attraction Elements in Leisure Agricultural Garden

在梳理休闲农业园相关文献的基础上,研究编制了休闲农业吸引要素的调查问卷,运用探索性因子分析法(EFA),萃取方法采用主成分分析,抽取出特征根大于1的4个因素,分别命名为乡村性、景观性、休闲性和功能性。然后运用验证性因子分析法,研究结果表明各拟合指数符合标准值要求,反映吸引要素模型与数据拟合良好,从而也说明该模型具有较好的结构效度。

Based on the related literature on leisure agriculture garden,the writer of this article designs a questionnaire to investigate attraction elements of leisure agriculture.Making use of Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA)and principle component analysis,the writer exacts four factors with characteristic root exceeding 1,which are referred as rurality,landscape,leisure and function.The writer applies Confirmatory Factor Analysis and the results indicate that the fit index has reached the standard,reflecting that attraction factor model is fitting the data well and further proving that the model has good a construct validity.
