英语教师专业学习共同体虚拟模式与现实模式建构的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着教育改革的不断发展,英语教师面临更多的角色置换要求:教学人员、研究人员和教育创新人员等,这对英语教师的专业发展提出更高的要求。在慕课、翻转课堂、移动教学等大数据教学时代进入教师视野后,英语教师的专业发展亟待改变传统模式,进入教师发展共同体时代。本文旨在搜集英语教师的专业发展共同体的现实(校本)与虚拟(校际)构建的模式,通过分析和研究虚拟模式和现实模式的英语教师专业学习共同体中的建设模态,以期提供英语教师专业学习共同体构建的参考资料。
