技术创新对中国高技术产业出口竞争力的影响

Influence of Technological Innovation on Export Competitiveness of China's High-Tech Industry

随着知识经济时代的到来,高技术产业已成为继传统制造业后新时代的支柱产业,并表现出较高的贸易竞争力;技术创新作为经济增长的内生动力,也是中国高技术产业持续发展的源泉。运用省级面板数据进行实证研究,发现技术创新对高技术产业出口竞争力有重要影响,但自主的技术创新才是长久动力,依靠技术引进和改造不能从根本上提升出口竞争力;不同行业技术创新所表现出的影响有明显不同,在高技术产业实施非对称赶超战略有现实意义。

With the advent of the new era of knowledge economy,the high-tech industry becomes the pillar industry after the traditional manufacturing industry,showing its high competitiveness,stimulating the growth of China’s foreign trade.As the internal impetus of economic development,technological innovation is also the source of China’s high-tech industry.However,there is still a big gap of export competitiveness between China and the developed countries.Therefore,this paper measures the export competitiveness through selecting the export competitiveness index,and constructs a mathematical model between technological innovation and export competitiveness.The results show that technological innovation has an important impact on the export competitiveness of high-tech industries,and due to the difference in the development level of every industry,the performance varies as well.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions according to the above conclusions to enhance the export competitiveness of the high-tech industry.
