A Study about the School-Enterprise Coordinated Management Mechanism of Higher Vocational Mechanical Internship

高职教育顶岗实习主要目标是提高职业教育学生的对实习岗位的适应性。对于高职机械制造类专业,在顶岗实习中,要根据机械制造类学生的特点,结合校企协同合作制定人才培养方案,通过创新性的实习管理模式构建,实现校内、校外同时对学生顶岗实习过程进行网络平台管理和实习情况控制。

The main goal of higher vocation education internship is to improve the adaptability of vocational students to the internship position.For higher vocational mechanical manufacturing major,in the internship,it should develop the school-enterprise coordinated talent training scheme,and construct the innovative practice management mode,and realize the inside and outside network platform management and practice control of the internship process according to the characteristics of the mechanical manufacturing student.
