The Exploration into the Effective Connection between Higher Vocational Students and Enterprise Employment

高职教育与企业有着密不可分的关系,正因如此,高职教育课程要追寻企业发展,动态设计课程内容,校企互动,教师要对企业的新技术有所了解。目前,仿真模拟式教学已经不能满足高职教育理论教学和实践教学的要求,要加深实践教学内涵有效性,就要让高职学生有效地与企业生产实际接轨,才能造就有效实用型人才。

Higher vocational education has close relationship with enterprises,and higher vocational education course needs to search for enterprise development,design course content dynamically,and realize the interaction between colleges and enterprises,and teachers should learn about the new technology of the enterprise.At present,the analog simulation teaching cannot satisfy the requirements of higher vocational education theory teaching and practice teaching.To deepen the practice teaching content validity,it needs to combine students effectively with enterprise production,and cultivate practical talents.
