高职女生就业现状分析及对策探讨

摘要 高校扩招、经济转型等一系列因素造成了我国高校毕业生就业难的现状,高职女生就业受传统思想、相关保障体系不完备以及女性自身的生理及心理特征等因素影响,在就业过程中还存在着用工歧视现象。通过加大对高职院校投入力度,合理定位高职办学理念;进一步完善法律法规,提高女性保障权益;建立心理咨询沟通机制,缓解高职女生就业压力;提升高职女生自身素养,提高就业竞争力等多方面的努力,必将促进高职教育与经济发展紧密结合,培养出适应社会发展的高职女性专业人才。 A series of factors such as college enrollment enlargement,and economic restructuring has led to the difficult employment of college graduates in China.Female graduates in higher vocational colleges are affected by the traditional thinking,the imperfect security system and the physiological and psychological characteristics of women themselves.Employment discrimination still exists in the employment process.It has made every effort to increase investment in higher vocational colleges and rationally positioning the concept of running a higher vocational school;further improve laws and regulations and enhance women's rights and interests protection;establish a mechanism of psychological counseling and communication to ease the employment pressure of higher vocational female students;improve accomplishment and employment competitiveness of higher vocational female students.These measures will promote the close connection between higher vocational education and economic development,and cultivate higher vocational female talents for the development of society.
