热毒宁联合丙种球蛋白治疗对重症病毒性脑炎患儿神经元特异性烯醇化酶和脑型肌酸激酶含量的影响

Effect of reduning combined with gamma globulin on contents of CK-BB and NSE in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of children with severe viral encephalitis

目的探讨热毒宁联合丙种球蛋白治疗重症病毒性脑炎对患儿脑脊液和血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和脑型肌酸激酶(CK-BB)含量的影响。方法将重症病毒性脑炎患儿42例按照随机数字表法分为观察组21例和对照组21例,对照组采取常规治疗和热毒宁治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗,比较两组患儿治疗前后脑脊液和血清NSE、CK-BB含量,,及其在治疗前脑脊液和血清水平的相关性。结果观察组和对照组治疗前脑脊液和血清NSE、CK-BB含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后脑脊液和血清NSE(4.89±2.69)μg·L^(-1)、CK-BB含量(4.44±1.36)U·L^(-1)显著低于对照组(9.08±2.04)μg·L^(-1)、(5.64±1.44)U·L^(-1)(P<0.01);重症病毒性脑炎患儿治疗前脑脊液和血清NSE、CK-BB含量呈显著正相关(r=0.785,0.685,均P<0.01)。结论热毒宁联合丙种球蛋白治疗重症病毒性脑炎能有效地降低患儿脑脊液和血清NSE、CK-BB含量,对减轻和修复脑损伤,控制病情有显著疗效。

Objective To investigate the effects of Reduning combined with Gamma Globulin on contents of CK-BB and NSE in cerebrospinal fluid and serum with children of severe viral encephalitis.Methods Forty-two children with severe viral encephalitis were randomly assigned into study group and control group,21 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and Reduning treatment while the study group was treated on the basis of the control group treated with the large dose of gamma globulin.The contents of NSE and CK-BB in cerebrospinal fluid and serum between the two groups before and after treatment,and the correlation between cerebrospinal fluid and serum in children before treatment were compared.Results The contents of cerebrospinal fluid and serum NSE and CK-BB in the observation group and the control group were no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05).The cerebrospinal fluid and serum NSE and CK-BB[(4.89±2.69)μg·L-1,(4.44±1.36)U·L-1]in the observation group,were significantly lower than those in the control group[(9.08±2.04)μg·L-1,(5.64±1.44)U·L-1](P<0.01);there was a positive correlation between the cerebrospinal fluid and serum of children with severe viral encephalitis before treatment in the level of NSE,CK-BB(r=0.785,0.685,all P<0.01)Conclusions Children with severe viral encephalitis was treated Reduning combined with Gamma Globulin can effectively reduce the levels of CK-BB and NSE in the cerebrospinal fluid and serum,and has a significant effect on the reduction and repair of brain damage and the control of the disease.
