摘要
目的探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮对精神分裂症患者的疗效及对患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法将80例精神分裂症患者采用随机数字表法分为阿立哌唑组(40例)为观察组和利培酮组(40例)为对照组,疗程8周。两组于治疗前、治疗后2、4、6、8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行评分,并检测血总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),高密度脂蛋白(HDL),低密度脂蛋白(LDL),空腹血糖。结果观察组显效率77.5%,有效率90.0%,对照组显效率80.0%,有效率92.5%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前后TC,TG,HDL,LDL和空腹血糖:观察组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效与利培酮相当,对精神分裂症患者的糖脂代谢几乎没有影响,而利培酮对患者的糖脂代谢影响更明显。
Objective To study the effect of aripiprazole and risperidone in treating patients with schizophrenia and its effects on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods Eighty patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned into aripiprazole group(40 cases),and risperidone group(40 cases),with the treatment for 8 weeks.Respectively before and after treatment 2,4,6,8 week,the two groups were scored by positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),and total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density liporotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),fasting glucose were tested.Results The significantly efficiency rate and efficiency rate in the observation group were 77.5%and 90.0%,respectively;the significantly efficiency rate and efficiency rate in the control group were 80.0%and 92.5%,respectively,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05);TC,TG,HDL,LDL and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were no significant differences before and after treatment(P>0.05),but in the control group were statistically significant differences before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia is comparable to that of risperidone,which has little effect on the metabolism of glucose and lipid in patients with schizophrenic,and the effect of risperidone on the glucose and lipid metabolism of patients is more obvious.
