摘要
利用铁尾矿作为活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的细骨料,对水胶比、减水剂掺量和矿物外加剂掺量进行优化,通过加压成型和蒸汽养护,制备出铁尾矿活性粉末混凝土(RPC).详细研究了粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物外加剂对RPC性能的影响,研究表明,当硅灰掺量为10%和粉煤灰掺量为15%复掺时,RPC的抗压强度可以到达176MPa,抗折强度达到38MPa,符合经济型活性粉末混凝土设计要求.
The iron tailing sand was used as the fine aggregate of RPC to optimize the ratio of water to binder,the amount of superplasticizer and the content of mineral admixture.The reactive powder concrete(RPC)of iron-tailing sand was prepared by pressure forming and steam curing.The effects of fly ash,silica fume and other mineral admixtures on the properties of RPC have been studied in detail.The results show that compressive strength of RPC reaches 176MPa when the content of silica fume is 10%and fly ash content is 15%,flexural strength reaches 38MPa,and folding ratio is 0.211,in line with the design of economical reactive powder concrete.
