日间手术模式的应用效果观察及评价

Clinical Application Observastion and Evaluation of Effect in Day Surgery

目的探讨日间手术模式临床应用的效果,评价日间手术的安全性及有效性。方法收集2015-01—2017-01间在南华大学附属第一医院实施日间手术和住院手术相同病种的病例(病种依次为小儿腹股沟疝、鞘膜积液、隐睾、胆囊结石、结肠息肉)共557例。其中日间手术组263例,住院手术组294例。比较2组患者的住院时间、医疗费用、术后相关并发症及患者满意度等情况。结果日间手术组各病种患者住院时间、医疗费用、患者总体满意度均明显优于住院手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论日间手术模式效果安全、有效,且可降低患者经济负担,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical application and evaluation of the safety and availability of patients in day surgery mode.Methods Totally 557 patients cases in day surgery and in hospital surgery from 2015.1 to 2017.1 were collected.(including children inguinal hernial,hydrocele,cryptorchidism,gallstone,colon polyps),263 of the day surgery group and 294 of the hospital surgery group,the average hospitalization days,hospitalization costs,postoperative complications and satisfaction and so on were compared between the two groups.Results The average hospitalization days and hospitalization costs in day surgery were significantly lower than those in hospital surgery(P<0.5);The postoperative complications of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.5);The satisfaction of patients in day surgery were better than that of hospital surgery.It showed that day surgery was safe and effective.Conclusion For the above surgery types,the day surgery mode is safe and effective.
