为减少化疗药调配与配置差错,确保住院患者使用化疗药的安全性和及时性,东阳市人民医院基于二维码技术和医院信息系统,对化疗药品的使用流程进行监控,实现化疗药品"一物一码"的配置。与传统配置流程相比,化疗药品"一物一码"配置流程可有效降低调配过程中的差错,提高配置中心护士的工作效率和医疗质量,保障患者用药安全。

To reduce the effective deployment and configuration errors and ensure timeliness and safety of chemotherapy drugs used by hospitalized patients,Dongyang People’s Hospital,based on the QR code technology and hospital information system,monitors the use of chemotherapy drugs and realizes the configuration of“one thing and one mode”of chemotherapy drugs.Compared with the traditional configuration process,the“one thing and one mode”configuration process of chemotherapeutic drugs can effectively reduce the errors in the deployment process,improve work efficiency and medical quality of the nurses in the configuration center,and ensure the safety of the patients.
