基于科技论文发表情况探讨医院科研管理制度

Discussion of Hospital Research Management System based on the Publication of Science and Technology Papers

目的评价医院近年来发表科技论文的总体分布情况和科研力量的现状,为医院更合理地制定科研激励政策、完善科研管理制度提供参考。方法对医院2011—2016年发表的科技论文数量、期刊名称、期刊级别、作者的学科分布进行数据统计分析。结果医院共发表论文1 020篇,其中中文核心期刊论文231篇,统计源期刊论文399篇,SCI收录期刊论文23篇。结论高质量论文的发表主要集中在临床重点专科,医院科研管理制度需深度改革。

Objective:To evaluate the general distribution of scientific papers and the status quo of scientific research in recent years and provide reference for the hospital to make scientific research incentive policy and perfect scientific research management system more rationally.Method:Statistical analysis was carried out on the number of scientific papers published in the hospital in 2011-2016,the journal name,the periodical level and the author’s subject distribution.Result:1,020 papers have been published,including 231 papers in Chinese core journals,399 papers on statistical sources and 23 journals of SCI journals.Conclusion:The publication of high quality papers mainly focuses on the clinical key disciplines,and the hospital research management system needs to be deeply reformed.
