摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定慈航片中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70),流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),在320nm处检测。结果:阿魏酸在0.0407~0.4068μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.27%(RSD=0.85%,n=6)。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于慈航片的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of Ferulic Acid in Cihang Capsules.Method:The Diamonsil Gig(150mm X 4.6mm,5μm)column was selected,the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(30:70),the flow rate was l.OmL/min,detection wavelength was 320nm.Results:The ranges of Ferulic Acid was 0.0407~0.40685μg(r=0.9999).The av-erage recovery rate of the Cihang Capsules was 98.27%(RSD=0.85%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used in the quality control of Cihang Capsules.
