摘要 目的:分析、比较惠东县平山街道和稔山镇室内外鼠密度及宿主动物变化和特点,探究环境的不同及改变对宿主动物分布的影响,为进一步做好我县鼠疫的防控工作提供可靠的信息。方法:按《广东省鼠疫监测方案》的要求,整理2008年、2011年和2016年平山街道和稔山镇的鼠疫监测资料,利用统计学方法对相关数据进行分析。结果:平山室内鼠密度为0.89%,稔山为2.33%,平山与稔山室内鼠密度差异有统计学意义(x^2=8.44,P<0.05);监测平山室外鼠密度为2.44%,稔山为5.56%,平山与稔山室外鼠密度差异有统计学意义(x^2=11.34,P<0.05)。平山及稔山鼠体蚤指数分别为0.45和0.42,所获蚤类经鉴定均为印鼠客蚤。平山和稔山室内地面游离蚤的监测数均为0。解剖所有鼠体,均未找到鼠疫杆菌。采集所有鼠血清,均未检出特异性F1抗体。结论:地区经济的发展,人类活动及居住区域扩大,对室内外鼠类动物的数量分布可造成影响。根据宿主动物分布的情况,需要适时地开展预防性灭鼠、灭蚤工作,防止鼠疫疫情的发生和流行。 Objective:To analyse and contrast Pingshan Town with Renshan Town indoor and outdoor rat density and host animal changes and characteristics,explore that with the the different environment changing,how the effect happen to the distribution of the host animal,to provide the reliable infor-mation in improving prevention and control of plague.Meth-ods:According to the"Guangdong province plague monitoring program"requirements,arrange the monitoring data in 2008,2011 and 2016 of Pingshan Town and Renshan Town,with using statistical methods in data analysis.Results:indoor rat density of Pingshan was 0.89%,and Renshan Town was 2.33%,there was a statistical differences of between Pingshan Town and Ren-shan Town of indoor rat density(χ2=8.44,P<0.05);outdoor rat density of Pingshan was 2.44%,and Renshan Town was 5.56%,there was a statistical differences of between Pingshan Town and Renshan Town of outdoor rat density(χ2=11.34,P<0.05).The flea index of Pingshan Town and Renshan Town were 0.45 and 0.42,the fleas were identified as xenopsylla cheopis.The number of Pingshan Town and Renshan Town of indoor ground free flea was 0.To dissect aQ the rats,and the plague bacilli were not found.To collect all serum samples,and no specific FI antibody was detected.Conclusions:With the development of regional economy,the expansion of human activities and living areas,the number of mice was affected.According to the distri-bution of the host animals,it is necessary to carry out preventive deratization and flea eradication in time,to prevent the occur-rence and prevalence of plague.
