适形调强放疗治疗乳腺癌根治术后患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical study on the Treatment of Patients with Breast Cancer After Radical Mastectomy with Conformal Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy

目的:研究适形调强放疗治疗乳腺癌根治术后患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治行乳腺癌根治术患者86例,采取数字随机法分成观察组和对照组,观察组采取适形调强放疗治疗,对照组采取常规放疗治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者V95%水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者V105%、V110%水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心脏V30、V40、V50及肺V30、V40、V50均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组3年无病生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:适形调强放疗治疗乳腺癌根治术后患者的临床疗效显著,较常规放疗更有优势。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of in-tensity-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)in the treatment of patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy.Methods:86 patients with radical mastectomy for breast cancer in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided them into the ob-servation group and the control group,the observation group ad-opted conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy,the con-trol group received routine radiotherapy treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The Y95%level of the ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of V105%and VI10%in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The V30,V40,Y50 and V30,Y40,V50 of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in disease-free survival between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of intensi-ty-modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)for patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy was significantly better than that of conventional radiotherapy.
