纤支镜对脑卒中并发吸入性肺炎降钙素原的影响

Value of Early Bronchoalveolar Lavage by Bronchofibroscope in the Treatment of Patients with Stroke Associated Aspiration Pneumonia

目的:探讨早期应用便携式纤支镜对脑卒中并发吸入性肺炎治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析在综合治疗的基础上早期实行纤支镜肺泡灌洗组(41例)与对照组(25例),治疗3天后比较两组氧合指数(OI)、降钙素原(PCT)指标,治疗10天后比较临床疗效。结果:治疗3天后,灌洗组OI较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01),PCT灌洗组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05),治疗10天后,灌洗组总体有效率高于对照组(x2=23.678,P<0.05)。结论:早期实行纤支镜肺泡灌洗能有效改善脑卒中吸入性肺炎的预后。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of early bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope in the treat-ment of patients with stroke associated aspiration pneumonia.Methods;On the basis of comprehensive treatment,the early implementation of Bronchoalveolar Lavage was applied to treat-ment group(n=41),and the combined treatment was applied to control group(n=25).3 days later,oxygenation index(Ol),pro-calcitonin(PCT)were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy was compared 10 days later.Results;3 days later,Compared with control group,Ol was significantly higher(P<0.01)and PCT was lower(P<0.05)in treatment group.The difference of curative effect of treatment group was better than control group(x2=23.678,P<0.01).Conclusion:The early implementation of Bronchoalveolar Lavage can improve the prognosis of patients with stroke associated aspiration pneumo-nia.
